PotLuck Holiday Hoopla TOMORROW

CUPID POOP!

I couldn't send you flowers
and candy wouldn't do
and mushy cards just didn't
say the things I want them to.
So I got you something special
and here's the inside scoop
I found you something very rare
it's genuine Cupid poop!

Here is my little shoebox project for tomorrow! It uses a little GWP clam shell box. It's full of red hot candy. What a fun way to put those little useless boxes to good a purpose.
The holiday hoopla begins at 4pm tomorrow. We will have a Potluck dinner and lots of stamping fun.

Where Have I Been??

I have been gone WAY too long! I am so sorry. I hope to get my blogging butt in gear right after Christmas. In the meantime here are the sneak peek pics of the December kit! A Sketch Challenge and November Kit

I was browsing Splitcoast this morning and came across Jen del Muro's Sketch For You To Try. I love the sketch! Here is my card:

The image and sentiment are from Hello Seasons. I colored the snowman with Copic markers. It is one of my very first attempt using them! I got them a few days ago from Eclectic Paperie. I think I like them, but I am not sure! They are different! They just behave differently. I guess time will tell how I feel about my huge marker investment. Background is embossed in my Big Shot with a cuttlebug embossing folder.

Another File Folder Book

Here is another office supply file folder album. It is a scrapbook that I will fill with photos from Christmas 2007. This mini album uses a full file folder where as the planner uses only the cover half of a folder.

File Folder FUN! Rescheduled...

One of the CUTE holiday projects I have planed for the File Folder FUN! class. This is a little holiday planner with check lists, wish lists and cards for making note of your Christmas thoughts.

We will also do a larger accordion Christmas keepsake mini scrapbook. Both projects feature Merry Wishes paper and some great holiday stamp sets.

Since it has been so long since I updated, here is a peek at a little thank you note I made for some great stampers. I am so blessed, thank you so much for your friendship and support. I really do thank heaven for you!

hello snow...

...well not yet, but it sure was chilly this morning. I made this card today with paper from the Merry Wishes Soar With It Collection and Perky Penguins. Perky Penguins is a Fall/Winter 2007 catalogue Level B hostess set.

There are stickles on the tree, penguin's hat, and red and green lights. Oh, speaking of the lights...they are not Christmas lights at all. It is a stitched border stamp from Running Stitches. Makes perfect lights, right?!?

Weekend Sketch Challenge

Here's a fold I have not done in a long time! It's the z fold! Beate Johns blog challenge is the z fold. I decided to take the weekend challenge and work the z fold into my Masterpiece Card Class. Those of you attending on 11-2 and 11-6 will make this little beauty. Why is it a Masterpiece you ask. Just because it is a little fussy, extra coloring and lots of layers and embellishments. Anyone can do it, it just takes a little extra love.

Hi Stamping Friends! I told you that I have been CRAZY for KRAFT cardstock lately. Here is another sample! I love coloring on kraft cardstock. The snow friends stamped in Palette Noir and colored full strength, no mineral spirits, with two shades of the same color PrismaColor pencil.
