A Sketch Challenge and November Kit

I was browsing Splitcoast this morning and came across Jen del Muro's Sketch For You To Try. I love the sketch! Here is my card:

The image and sentiment are from Hello Seasons. I colored the snowman with Copic markers. It is one of my very first attempt using them! I got them a few days ago from Eclectic Paperie. I think I like them, but I am not sure! They are different! They just behave differently. I guess time will tell how I feel about my huge marker investment. Background is embossed in my Big Shot with a cuttlebug embossing folder.

Another File Folder Book

Here is another office supply file folder album. It is a scrapbook that I will fill with photos from Christmas 2007. This mini album uses a full file folder where as the planner uses only the cover half of a folder.
I have to go finish getting ready for the class so without further chatter here is a list of materials used.

Again, it has been so long since my last update. I am sorry, I have been so sick. I am feeling much better today. It is dedicated 'catch up' day! My husband is home so I keep telling him and the girls, pretend mommy isn't home! LOL!

I made this card as a possible for the Christmas Stamp-a-Stack II going on tonight! It features TAC's Vintage Stamp Set Ginger Joy which is just $4.25 with any $30 purchase this month only!
I really like this stamp, TAC doesn't have a lot of larger images but this guy is substantial! He is also super easy to color.

File Folder FUN! Rescheduled...

One of the CUTE holiday projects I have planed for the File Folder FUN! class. This is a little holiday planner with check lists, wish lists and cards for making note of your Christmas thoughts.

We will also do a larger accordion Christmas keepsake mini scrapbook. Both projects feature Merry Wishes paper and some great holiday stamp sets.

Since it has been so long since I updated, here is a peek at a little thank you note I made for some great stampers. I am so blessed, thank you so much for your friendship and support. I really do thank heaven for you!

hello snow...

...well not yet, but it sure was chilly this morning. I made this card today with paper from the Merry Wishes Soar With It Collection and Perky Penguins. Perky Penguins is a Fall/Winter 2007 catalogue Level B hostess set.

There are stickles on the tree, penguin's hat, and red and green lights. Oh, speaking of the lights...they are not Christmas lights at all. It is a stitched border stamp from Running Stitches. Makes perfect lights, right?!?
