Give Thanks is one of my favorite stamp sets from The Angel Company. I got it in my starter kit. I think I am most attracted to it because of the acorn images. There is just something about acorns! Even though I got this set almost three years ago, and even though I just love the acorns, this is the first time I have used the acorn image! These cute acorns are paper pieced from scraps of Hemingway paper and rust card stock. The piecing gives the acorns a layered dimensional look that makes them more substantial on the card.
Supplies used to make this card:
Give Thanks
Running Stitches
Hemingway Soar With It Collection Paper
Hemingway Cardstock
Pewter Mini Brads
Edge Distresser
Palette Burnt Umber

Glad to see you posting again! I was worried...I hope you sell lots! Your work is perfect though so I'm sure you will.
Love those running stitches, I am too lazy to pull out my machine - I need to just grab those instead.
This is beautiful, Risa!! Love all of the texture & layers. I've been thinking about getting that set... now I think I definitely will.
OMG Marisa, I love your acorns! I usually stamp the pumpkin for this set (which is one of my absolute favorite sets to begin with), but I never even looked at the acorn before now.
