Hostess Club Project - April

I have been stamping away and really lovin' every minute. I can not show most of what I have been making, but I have been BUSY. I thought I would share the little projects my hostess club made this month. They are very heavily inspired by Angela Kelley and Heather Scott. <-- Take a minute and check out their fab posts if you can.
Hostesses get to make both of these fun projects FREE in April. That is just one of the AWESOME benefits of being a hostess in my club. Hostesses also get free stamp sets, great discounts, access to TAC specials without the qualifying $30 order*, free projects, like this one, and a fun night out with the girls! Even better, hostesses can take advantage of Spring Fling and TAC's Final Farewells Retirement Sale and really get a lot of stamping fun for their limited crafting dollars. If you are interested in joining us for Hostess Club, email or call me. It's not to late to get in for April and make these little cuties before Easter!

April Use What You Bought Card Club

I keep hearing about how everyone has so much stuff! I know. I do too! I think about the stash of paper and kits I have in the garage and I cringe. Look at this Basic Grey I have had forever: Still makes a CUTE card right?! I also keep hearing about all the stuff you stampers have and don't use! I know, you should see the wall of retired stamp sets I have! The little lamb is from Spring Friends, retired TAC, and the sentiment is from All Occasion Celebration, also retired TAC.
I have wanted to get my hands on some seam binding ribbon. It's so hot and trendy right now, but I am really watching what I spend these days! I've heard that you are too! Look at the seam binding ribbon on my owl card. It was in a scrapbook kit I had in the garage from May of 2005!
I just got this cute little stamp set (above) as blog candy from Christine Pennington. Thank you Christine! What a blessing. Sometimes it takes me forever to cut a stamp set and use it! Not this time. I am determined to use what I have and to be a blessing to others. Above: Stamps are from Singing Praises and paper, ribbon and cardstock is TAC Juliette.
If this is hitting home for you and you want to get better use from the things that you have purchased, then this Card Club is for you! Let's get together on the last Saturday of the month and STAMP! Starting April 30th, and then every final Saturday of the month, I will host a Use What You Bought Card Club. Above: More of that Basic Grey paper and stamps from All Occasion Celebration, retired.
Come over at 11 am and stay til 4 pm. Bring your paper, adhesive, embellishments and a basic tool kit. If you have stamps that have not been cut or have not been inked bring them! Let's show the stamp and paper hoard some LOVE! Above: Stamps are from TAC retired Nothin' But Net, and All Occasion Celebration. Paper, brads and cardstock are all from that May 2005 kit that had the seam binding ribbon in it!

I will provide you with two sketches for inspiration. From those two sketches I will make three different samples to help get your creative juices flowing. You can use all of my stamps, tools, punches, ink pads embossing folders, Big Shot and other non-consumables to make your own cards inspired by the sketches. Card club is just $5 for 5 hours of stamping, inspiration and use of my tools. If you make a purchase of $25 or more then Card Club is free. Wanna join me?

Busy...Busy...Busy!

I have been stamping like mad! It has been so much fun! I know my blog doesn't make it seem like I have been doing anything at all. See, the thing is I can't show you what I have been doing! I have made about 20 cards since my last blog post and this is the only one I can share. I made this card for my cousin's bridal shower. I needed a quick card to coordinate with my gift. Since I just got TAC's Damask Background I decided to C.A.S.E. this little beauty from Holly Mays. <---Awesome right!? Thanks for the inspiration Holly. Thank you for stoppin' by my blog! I appreciate you. Oh! I promise some fun new classes with the cards I have been working so hard to create. Stay tuned for more info soon!
